Officials Association
(NEGOA) is a group of
sports officials and a recognized organization
by Georgia High School
Sports Association (GHSA).
NEGOA baseball has a
reputation of being one
of the top-trained, well-respected umpiring associations in the state
with heavy baseball
playoffs as well as
State Finals/Semi Finals representation
year after year.
NEGOA prepares our
officials to perform their
best through our preseason training. We have weekly
pre-season rules meetings where we study the rules of GHSA Baseball. We have on the field, hands on, mechanics clinic where we get expert instruction from various
pro and college umpires.
Our Staff is comprised
of various experienced umpires who have shown
a willingness to give back
and have the background
and experience to make
a difference for our organization.
